Shut down: Food & Environmental Hygiene Department officers seize 520kg of pork at an unlicensed food factory in Yuen Long.

Two people have been arrested after Police and Food & Environmental Hygiene officers shut down an unlicensed food factory in Yuen Long, seizing 520kg of pork.

 

Officers raided the premises on Kong Tai Road in Tai Kong Po Tsuen this morning, arresting a man and a woman.
