The Monetary Authority has issued an alert on fraudulent website www.ebeauk.com run by alleged offshore bank "The Bank of East Asia - London".
The Bank of East Asia has clarified it has no connection with the site and has reported the case to Police.
Anyone who has provided their personal information to the website, or conducted financial transactions through it, should call Police on 2860 5012 and the bank on 3608 2518.
