Tai Lam missing prisoner case probed
*
Correctional Services Department

The Correctional Services Department is searching for a Tai Lam Correctional Institution male prisoner, who went found missing last evening.

 

The 28-year-old prisoner, surnamed Lee, was sent to the prison in April for illegally staying in Hong Kong. He went missing about 7pm after dinner yesterday.

 

The prison has activated relevant response procedures and Police have been asked to help in the search operation. An internal investigation will also be launched.
