Truck driver dies in Lok Ma Chau crash

A container truck driver died after apparently losing control of his vehicle near Lok Ma Chau this morning.

 

The 45-year-old man was driving his truck along San Tin, Castle Peak Road towards Sheung Shui at about 8.38am. He reportedly lost control and rammed into a tree on the left, near a lamp post.

 

The driver was found unconscious and sent to North District Hospital where he was certified dead at 9.20am.
