The Leisure & Cultural Services Department is inviting applications to operate Arts Corner stalls in Hong Kong Park. The deadline is 5.30pm November 18.

Ten stalls selling handicrafts and offering artistic services like photography, painting, calligraphy and sketching will be erected at the park 12pm to 6pm Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays next year.

Forms are available from the Hong Kong Park Management Office, 1/F Rawlinson House, 19 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong. Applicants should also submit proof of professional knowledge and up to three samples of art or handicrafts.

The fair vetting panel will consider the variety, quality, creativeness, artistic merit and attractiveness of the arts services or handicrafts as well as applicants' professional skills.

Each successful applicant is required to pay a $100 registration fee, a $1,000 security deposit and to take out public liability insurance with a $6.5 million minimum indemnity during the agreement period. For enquiries call 2521 5041.
