The Centre for Health Protection is investigating a food poisoning case involving 12 people who fell ill after an August 16 boat trip.

Six males and six females aged 10 to 44 developed abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea and fever after having lunch during the trip.

All sought treatment at Tseung Kwan O Hospital. No hospitalisation was required.
