Customer service seminar to be held

Trade & Industry Department

The Trade & Industry Department will hold a free seminar in Cantonese on August 18, on customer service success in the highly competitive retail market.

 

Speakers include KAR Consultants Director Paul Ma, Hong Kong & China Gas Retail Marketing Manager Catherine Wong, Sa Sa Cosmetic Director of Training Janet Wong and Retail Management Association Senior Manager Hydde Chan.

 

They will introduce the latest trends in retail customer service in Hong Kong and the SME Programme sponsored by the Small & Medium Enterprise Development Fund, and share their success stories in building customer service excellence.

 

SME Programme participants - including Health Gate, Groom Shoes Repair & Polish, New Odaiba, Sun Wing Loong Rice Trading and Liberate - will also share their experience in upgrading customer service.

 

The seminar will be held at 2.30pm at the Central Library in Causeway Bay.
