The Cyberport Management Company has appointed Lee Shing-see and Herman Hu to its board of directors for two years from May 1.
Mr Lee is one of the directors of the Science & Technology Parks Corporation while Mr Hu is the Chairman of Ryoden Development Ltd.
The Cyberport Management Company believed the new directors will provide valuable insight and advice to the board of directors and reinforce its management expertise to meet the challenges Cyberport faces in the coming years.
The company also thanked outgoing directors Samuel Tsien and Nicholas Brooke for their valuable support and contribution in the past years.
