Former Government quarters fetch $411m

Government Property Agency

The sale of former Government quarters in Kowloon has bolstered the public purse by $410.8 million, the Government Property Agency says.

 

Forty flats, two rooftops and 40 car parking spaces at Wylie Court on Wylie Path were sold.

 

The agency received eight bids when the tender closed on December 1.
