Angelina Lee has been re-appointed a non-executive director of the Securities & Futures Commission for two years from August 1.
The Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau said Mrs Lee has brought insightful and independent advice to the commission's policy-formulation process over the past two years. It looks forward to her continued contribution.
The commission currently has seven non-executive directors. The others are Dr York Liao, Christopher Cheng, Prof Liu Pak-wai, Kenneth Kwok, Shengman Zhang and Chan Kam-lam.
