Secretary for Education Kevin Yeung has refuted suggestions that Minister of Education Chen Baosheng's recent remarks on Hong Kong youths has put pressure on the Education Bureau.
Meeting the media today after attending a radio programme, Mr Yeung said: "I think the minister is just giving his personal view on the education system in Hong Kong.
"As he said, he believed that the Hong Kong Government could implement our policy according to the needs of Hong Kong."
