Fung Choi Printing has been fined for failing to pay $200,000 in wages and termination payments to two employees in time.
The employer pleaded guilty at Eastern Magistracy today and was fined $56,000.
The Labour Department said the ruling sends a strong message to employers to comply with the Employment Ordinance.
