The Labour Department will host a seminar on the Employment Ordinance in April.
The ordinance’s main provisions on wages, leave and termination of contract will be discussed.
Other discussion topics include foreign domestic helper employment, the Minimum Wage Ordinance and employers' obligations under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
Conducted in Cantonese, the seminar will be held at 2.30pm on April 20 at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.
