The Labour Department will hold a large-scale job fair at D‧Park in Tsuen Wan from May 18 to 20 offering 4,100 vacancies.
The first day will focus on retail industry jobs, while on May 19 and 20 catering, property management, transport and other industry vacancies will be offered.
Ninety enterprises will offer positions including sales worker, receptionist, waiter/waitress, shop assistant, chef, technician, security guard, driver, warehouse assistant and cleaner.
Around 75% are full-time jobs with monthly salaries ranging from $8,000 to $15,000. Nearly all the vacancies require a Secondary Six education or below and 63% are open to job seekers without relevant experience.
The fair will be open from 11am to 5.30pm.
Job seekers can submit applications on the spot and may be selected for on-site interviews.
