The Labour Department will hold two public talks on occupational health in September.
The first will be held at Hong Kong Central Library at 3pm on September 4, to discuss the main causes of upper limb disorders and how to prevent them. It will include a demonstration of workplace exercises.
The second talk, at the Space Museum at 3pm on September 9, will introduce first aid management and preventive measures for those working in hot environments, to avoid heat stroke.
Both talks will be conducted in Cantonese and admission is free.
