Parents participating in the 2015 Secondary School Places Allocation System must complete and return the requisite form by May 5, the Education Bureau said today.
Primary schools have been asked to distribute choice of secondary school documents. Primary Six students' parents will receive the Secondary One Choice of Schools Form, Notes for Parents on Central Allocation and the Secondary School List. Parents can also refer to the Handbook for Unrestricted School Choices, available from primary schools and on the Education Bureau's website.
The choice form is divided into Parts A and B. Parents can choose no more than three secondary schools from any school nets in Part A, and a maximum of 30 secondary schools within their own school nets in Part B.
Parents should return the completed form to their children's primary schools for submission to the bureau on or before May 5.
