Secretary for Education Eddie Ng today met the parents affected by the closure of Topkids Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten, pledging his full support.
Speaking at a briefing session, Mr Ng said the Education Bureau will take good care of their children's educational needs in the coming school year.
It has contacted kindergartens in Yuen Long, asking them to decide their class structure for next academic year and to update their vacancy information.
The bureau is also gauging the schools’ views on the setting up of an online platform to disseminate vacancy information, he added.
Parents of the students affected by the closure can call the bureau on 3107 2197 for further assistance.
