The Minimum Wage Commission today launched a public consultation, until May 18, to invite views on the review of the statutory minimum wage rate.
The commission adopts an evidence-based approach in conducting the rate's review. Apart from analysing relevant statistical data, it also examines information from other surveys and conducts extensive consultation to fully consider the community's views.
Relevant information and data are available on the commission's website. Such information and data do not imply that the commission has come to any conclusion.
