Handbook not related to EDB curriculum

 Secretary for Education Eddie Ng said the Government encourages independent and multi-dimensional understanding of the moral and national education curriculum's various aspects.
 
He noted some content in a National Education Centre national education handbook is biased, and not related to the bureau's published curriculum guideline.
 
Mr Ng said he understands people’s concern about this particular subject. He stressed that the centre’s handbook was published in March while the bureau’s subject guide on moral and national education was published only in April.
