Driver arrested for smuggling

Customs officers have arrested a 43-year-old man after seizing electronic products worth $2.3 million.

During an inspection at Lok Ma Chau Control Point yesterday, officers found the smuggled goods hidden in the boot of a car he was driving.

The haul includes 903 used smartphones, 254 solid state drives and some electronic parts.
