Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen will speak at a law conference in Shenzhen tomorrow.
The meeting is organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Shenzhen University to commemorate the 20th anniversary of China’s resumption of exercising sovereignty over Hong Kong.
Mr Yuen will speak on the Basic Law’s implementation at the opening ceremony.
He will also deliver a speech at a panel session, on opportunities and challenges for Hong Kong as a regional hub for legal services and dispute resolution services.
He will return to Hong Kong the same day.
