Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen will visit Shenzhen tomorrow.
He will sign a legal arrangement with the Supreme People's Court.
The Arrangement on Mutual Taking of Evidence in Civil & Commercial Matters between the Courts of the Mainland & the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will assist litigants of the two jurisdictions to obtain evidence in civil and commercial matters under the current legal framework with more efficiency and certainty.
