The Government lowered the Outbound Travel Alert for Turkey today to amber in view of the latest situation in the country, but maintained the red alert for certain regions.
These areas are Ankara, Istanbul and south-eastern provinces of Batman, Bingol, Bitlis, Diyarbakir, Elazig, Gaziantep, Hakkari, Hatay, Kilis, Mardin, Mus, Sanliurfa, Siirt, Sirnak, Tunceli and Van.
