Pang Kin-kee has been appointed Chairman of the Appeal Board on Public Meetings & Processions, succeeding Peter Nguyen.
His two-year term will be effective from December 22 and was gazetted today.
Nicholas Chan was appointed as a member of the appeal board, and Felix Chan, Eugene Chan, Alice Chong, Kwok Wing-keung, Lawrence Lam, Ambrose Lam, Anita Ma, Jimmy Poon, Augustine Wong, Wong Kwai-huen and Winfield Wong were reappointed as appeal board members.
Secretary for Security TK Lai thanked Mr Nguyen and outgoing member Chan Chi-hung for their work.
