Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen says the Justice Department will review the evidence collected by Police before deciding on whether to prosecute mobile car hire application Uber.
Speaking to reporters before departing for Beijing this morning, Mr Yuen said Police had sought legal advice from the department before making arrests last week.
The justice chief also refuted claims that the Government had singled out a particular company while letting others go, adding that there would be no issue if Uber complied with the laws of Hong Kong.
