Commissioner of Police Stephen Lo will pay a courtesy visit to Beijing tomorrow, the first since he assumed his post this month.
He will call on the Ministry of Public Security and the State Council’s Hong Kong & Macau Affairs Office. He will also meet with his counterparts in the capital to discuss cross-boundary crimes, technology crime, counter-terrorism and police co-operation.
Deputy Commissioner (Management) Alfred Chau, Director of Personnel & Training Sonny Au and Police Liaison Bureau officers will accompany the Commissioner. The group will return to Hong Kong on May 20.
