The Lands Department will re-enter two industrial units in Tuen Mun after the owners breached lease conditions.
The units in Mai Kei Industrial Building on San Hop Lane have been used for purposes other than the industrial and godown uses permitted under the lease.
The department had issued two warnings to the tenants but they failed to rectify the breaches.
Lands officials said they were concerned about industrial units in the New Territories being used for retail purposes associated with parallel trading.
District Land Offices in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and North Districts have formed special teams to enhance enforcement action, the department added.
