Police have arrested a 53-year-old driver after his van reportedly struck and killed an 83-year-old man in Yuen Long this morning.
The accident happened at about 5.40am on Tung Lok Street near Fook Tak Street.
The victim was sent to Pok Oi Hospital where he later died.
The driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.
Witnesses should call Police on 3661 3800.
