A 23-year-old man has died after he reportedly crashed his car into a construction vehicle in Tsing Yi this morning.
The accident happened at about 5.50am, as he was driving along Tsing Kwai Highway towards Yuen Long, near the Cheung Tsing tunnel.
Firefighters rescued him from his car and sent him to Princess Margaret Hospital where he died at 6:50am.
