Police seek injured man's identity, kin

Police are anxious to locate relatives of a man who was found seriously injured lying on a road in Tin Shui Wai early this morning.
 
Around 4am, Police received a report about the man found lying on Tin Ying Road, in the Lau Fau Shan-bound lane. He was conscious but unable to speak.
 
The man, who might have been knocked down by a vehicle, was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital and is in serious condition.
 
He had no identity document. He is aged about 20, and is about 1.7 metres tall, of medium build, with short black hair. He was wearing a black coat, black trousers and dark brown sport shoes, and carrying a brown bag.
 
Police urge the man’s relatives or anyone who saw the accident to call 3661 3852 or 3661 4825.
