Secretary for Transport & Housing Frank Chan will meet representatives of the China Railway Corporation in Beijing on November 27.
He will leave for the capital the day before and return to Hong Kong on November 28.
Under Secretary for Transport & Housing Raymond So will be Acting Secretary during Mr Chan's absence.
