The tender for a Kwai Chung industrial site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $450.8 million, the Lands Department announced today.
Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 524 at Wing Kei Road was awarded to Vision Land, a subsidiary of Sino Land.
It has a site area of 1,730 sq m and is designated for industrial purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 9,861 and 16,435 sq m.
