A commercial site and a commercial/hotel site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
The first site is Inland Lot No. 9051 at Murray Road, Central. It has a site area of 2,880 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station. Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 25,920 and 43,200 sq m, including a public car park to be constructed by the buyer.
The other site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6556 at Kai Tak Area 1F Site 2, Kowloon. It has a site area of 19,044 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station. Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 106,602 and 177,670 sq m, including a public transport interchange and an underground shopping street to be constructed by the buyer.
The tender invitation for both sites will open on March 31. The Central site will close on May 12 while the Kowloon site will close on May 26.
