The Development Bureau reported two legislators to Police as their snatching of confidential documents from Under Secretary for Development Eric Ma was unacceptable.

Secretary for Development Paul Chan told reporters today he and Mr Ma jointly decided to report the matter.

It took them two days to do so as they had full schedules.
