Under Secretary for Development Eric Ma has reported two legislators to Police for snatching his confidential documents.
The Development Bureau said in a statement today the incident happened at a joint meeting of the Legislative Council Panel on Housing and Panel on Development on November 15.
Legislator Leung Kwok-hung allegedly grabbed Mr Ma's folder and passed it to fellow legislator Chu Hoi-dick to read its confidential documents.
The bureau condemned the legislators, adding Mr Ma has reported the case to Police.
