The Lands Department issued 11 pre-sale consents for residential developments and two pre-sale consents for commercial developments in the third quarter of this year.
The 11 residential consents involved 4,001 uncompleted units. One development in Yuen Long, comprising 67 residential units, is set for completion this year.
Three developments in Kai Tak, Ma Tau Kok and Tuen Mun, comprising 738 units, will be completed next year.
Six developments in Tuen Mun, Tseung Kwan O, Ma Tau Kok and Ma On Shan, comprising 2,726 units are scheduled for completion in 2018.
The remaining development in Shau Kei Wan, comprising 470 residential units, will be completed in 2019.
As at the end of last month, 31 applications for residential consent involving 14,152 units, and nine applications for commercial consent were being processed.
In addition, a consent to assign involving 474 residential units in Ma On Shan was also issued in the quarter.
