A Kwun Tong residential site and a Kai Tak commercial site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 off Sin Fat Road in Kwun Tong has a site area of 18,261 sq m with minimum and the maximum gross floor areas of 46,073 and 76,788 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on September 30 and close on November 11.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 at Kai Tak Area 1E Site 2 has a site area of 14,159 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, godown and petrol station.
Its minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 61,167 and 101,944 sq m.
The tender invitation opens September 30 and closes November 18.
