A Wong Chuk Hang non-residential site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Aberdeen Inland Lot No. 462 at Yip Kan Street and Wong Chuk Hang Road is 1,764.8 sq m and designated for non-residential purposes, excluding hotels, petrol filling stations and residential care homes.
Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 15,884 and 26,472 sq m.
The tender invitation for it will open August 26 and close October 7.
