A Sha Tin residential site and a Kwai Chung industrial site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 609 in To Shek is 13,500 square metres with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 24,192 and 40,320 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open June 24 and close August 5.
Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 478 at the junction of Wing Kei Road and Wing Kin Road is 3,707 square metres. Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,130 and 35,216 sq m, comprising a godown of at least 10,565 sq m.
The tender invitation for it will open June 24 and close August 5.
