The tender for a Tai Po site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $4 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 227 at Chong San Road, Pak Shek Kok, was awarded to Billion Real Estate Holdings subsidiary King Future.
It has a site area of 28,685 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 61,960 and 103,266 sq m.
