The tender for a Kwai Chung site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $350.1 million, the Lands Department announced today.
Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 522 was awarded to Sun Hung Kai Properties subsidiary Opal Lucky.
It has a site area of 567 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol station and residential care home) purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 3,232 and 5,386 sq m.
