The Transport Department today reminded people that vehicle examination fees will rise on December 7.
Fees for private cars and taxis will rise to $585, light buses to $695, vans and light goods vehicles to $695, and heavy goods vehicles to $935.
Motorcycle and motor tricycle exam fees will rise to $350, single-decker buses to $935, double-decker buses to $1,050 and trailers to $585.
The Legislative Council's Transport Panel was consulted on the fee revisions in February, and the relevant orders have been passed by the legislature.
