Anthony Cheung to visit Vienna

Secretary for Transport & Housing Anthony Cheung will leave for Austria today.
 
He will share Hong Kong's experience in fostering mobility in a compact city at the Walk21 Vienna 2015-XVI International Conference on Walking & Liveable Communities.
 
Prof Cheung will tour Aspern Seestadt, a sustainable development at Vienna's urban lakeside, and call on Austrian Innovation & Telecommunication Director General Andreas Reichhardt for talks on applied innovation technology in transport.
 
He will also sign an air services agreement with the Austrian Federal Government.
 
Under Secretary Yau Shing-mu will be Acting Secretary for Transport & Housing during Prof Cheung’s absence.
