The tender for a residential site in Tai Po has been awarded to K Wah International on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $3.03 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

The site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 226 on Chong San Road in Pak Shek Kok, has an area of 17,121 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 36,981 and 61,635 sq m.
