A Sha Tin site in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Sha Tin Town Lot No.617 on On Yiu Street is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol station and residential care home) purposes.
The site area is 1,700 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 9,690 and 16,150 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on September 4 and close on October 16.
Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by September 4, when the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
