The Lands Department today removed tents and other property unlawfully occupying footpaths around the Central Government Complex at Tamar.
The department posted a notice on-site on June 22 requiring the people illegally occupying the area to remove their belongings before June 24.
With the expiry of the deadline, department officers today removed 27 tents, together with other property.
Food & Environmental Hygiene Department staff will also clean the area.
