The tender for a Sheung Shui site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $302.2 million, the Lands Department announced today.
It was awarded to Spring Wonder Limited.
Sheung Shui Lot No.1909 at Fan Kam Road has an area of 6,409 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 1,846 and 3,076 sq m.
