A residential site in Pak Shek Kok has been awarded to Sun Hung Kai Properties on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $3.48 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

The site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 225, is at the junction of Fo Chun Road and Pok Yin Road.

It has a site area of 23,239 square metres and its maximum gross floor area is 83,660 square metres.
