Secretary for Transport & Housing Prof Anthony Cheung visited Shui Bin Wai Estate in Yuen Long and a public rental housing construction site in Hung Shui Kiu this afternoon.
Prof Cheung first visited a family residing in the 34-year-old estate.
He then inspected an electric vehicle charging station in the estate's car park.
He then toured Hung Fuk Estate. With a site area of 6.4 hectares, the estate is situated in Hung Shui Kiu Area 13.
Comprising nine domestic blocks ranging from 16 to 24 storeys, it is due for completion this year.
The project will provide 4,905 flats for about 12,900 people.
