The tenders for a commercial site in Kwun Tong and a residential site in Kwai Chung have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $6.2321 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
The commercial site New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6512 at the junction of Hung Yip Street, Wai Yip Street, Shun Yip Street and Hoi Bun Road in Kwun Tong was awarded to Century Land Investment Limited at $5.86 billion.
The residential site Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 518 at Hing Fong Road was awarded to Team Worldwide Limited at $372.1 million.
The Kwun Tong lot has an area of about 6,843 square metres and is designated for non-industrial - excluding residential, hotel, godown, petrol filling station and residential care home - purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 49,270 sq m and 82,116 sq m.
The Kwai Chung site area is 810 square metres and is designated for non-industrial - excluding godown, hotel and petrol station - purposes.
The minimum gross floor area is 2,916 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial - excluding godown, hotel, petrol filling station and private residential - purposes is 810 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is computed according to the conditions of sale.
